All claims must be made with the appropriate brands in case of any personal damages. In no way is Space Distro backing products with any health claims or guaranteeing the safety of any product. It is the buyer's responsibility to check local laws for the legality of merchandise in their state. It is also the buyer's responsibility to understand the dangers as well as the proper procedures for handling all batteries. Buyers are responsible for paying all state taxes and any applicable tobacco taxes. All out-of-state customers are responsible for any excise taxes required by their state.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for a credit. Space Distro follows a strict no returns and no exchange policy. Space Distro is not responsible for any changes in government laws or policies. No products will be accepted for returns or credit under any circumstances.

Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other items must be returned to Space Distro within 48 hours of the invoice date. Unless due to fault of Space Distro, all returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or re-shipped.

Buyer personally guarantees all purchases made at Space Distro. Any and all forms of payment are backed by the buyer personally. Any returned or bad checks will incur a $50 fee. Space Distro reserves the right to refuse any future sales due to non-payment.

In case of non-payment, Space Distro reserves the right to pursue legal action against the buyer’s corporation as well as the buyer personally for damages and losses incurred.

The seller is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, data, profits, wages, interest, or any costs/expenses, whether or not Space Distro was aware of the possibility. Liability is limited strictly to refunding the purchase price or current value of the goods or services at the seller’s discretion.

If collection efforts or legal suits are necessary, the buyer is responsible for all associated costs, including court fees, attorney fees, and collection agency charges.

Space Distro guarantees it will use reasonable efforts to provide services with care and skill, and in accordance with buyer instructions. When goods or services are sourced through third parties, Space Distro acts as the buyer’s agent and will use reasonable care in selection and execution.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to by the supplier, vendor, or partner. Buyer waives cancellation rights once service execution has begun. Space Distro is not liable for damages resulting from the sale, use, or consumption of products.
